Parkwood Meadows Assisted Living Community is located just off South Woodruff Avenue in Idaho Falls, a city that proclaims, “where great adventures begin.” With access to majestic the Teton Mountain Range, Yellowstone Park as well as Idaho Falls’ own symphony, opera, a zoo and museums, living at Parkwood Meadows is always a fun-filled adventure.
In addition to the great fun our residents have at Parkwood Meadows, our friendly staff is our biggest draw. Dedicated and committed to providing personalized care, our staff takes the time to get to know every resident’s unique interests and needs.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood, Parkwood Meadows is also conveniently located near grocery and other shopping, public transportation, medical clinics and the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Parkwood Meadows offers a choice of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment features kitchenette with full-size refrigerator and microwave oven, private bath with barrier-free shower, wall-to-wall carpeting and a 24-hour emergency call system. Some apartments with private patios are available.
Our community features a beauty salon, therapy whirlpool, a physical therapy room, and private dining rooms for gatherings with family and friends.
Parkwood Meadows offers an enhanced service package not available from local competitors.

Hospice Care
Hospice Care :
The end of life is a period in which every individual deserves compassion, dignity and respect. Our Hospice services provide each individual with the medical care and emotional support they need to make the most of the time they have left with the ones they love.
Our focus is to help relieve pain and other symptoms so residents can live comfortably and alert while maintaining a reasonable course of medical care 24 hours a day. We work cooperatively with the resident and their family to coordinate the delivery of psychological, emotional and spiritual support consistent with each individual’s beliefs and wishes.
We honor living wills, advance directives, and we welcome the involvement of outside counselors, therapists, social workers, aides and volunteers. Visitors of all ages are also welcome to visit residents under hospice care at any time during the day or night.

Occupational Therapists work with individuals who suffer from a mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabling condition. The goal is to help clients have independent, productive, and satisfying lives.
