Discovery Nursing & Rehabilitation is conveniently located off Interstate 5 on Northeast Hazel Dell Avenue. Our wooden window shutters, freshly planted flowers, and the occasional chicken that comes from a neighboring farm for a visit, all contribute to the home-like atmosphere.

Discovery offers a selection of rooms with private baths, telephones, high-speed Internet, cable television and a 24-hour emergency call system. Our center offers a respite care program for in-home caregivers and the Expressions Memory Care program for residents with special needs caused by memory loss.
